Job Description

  • Retain & grow existing business & add new clients
  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
  • Build relationship with top spending clients and facilitate Co.’s participation in the various OOH Media pitches called by the Cos. in the region.
  • Plan preparation inputs and work with team to develop proposals that meets the campaign objectives and secures the business.
  • Follow the reporting process in the Co. as required by the Management and from the team under him/ her
  • Work with marketing and PR Team to ensure value add mileage from each campaign
  • Focus on developing Innovations, be they creative or media usage, to create differentiation in the campaigns executed by us.
  • Motivating the team to enhance their performance for self-development

  • Mandatory experience in Outdoor / OOH media sales for at-least 4 – 5 years.
  • Adaptable to work in a start-up environment, willing to travel across the country, sales targets driven mindset, Willingness to learn.
  • Agility, Versatility – Representing & establishing a strong connect in organisations like Advertising Club and other similar organizations, Go get it attitude
  • Must have good connects with the Marketing heads, Media Planning heads, Planning heads, advertising heads of various corporate. Must be able to leverage on the connections and scale up the sales.
